A361 Closure

- Daventry News - A361 Closure
Please be aware of road closures on the A361 near Middlemore this weekend and next, while utility companies install services to the new Mickle Well Park development being built north of Lang Farm in Daventry.
The road will be closed between the Middlemore Roundabout and the Drayton Way/Northern Way Roundabout from 8am this Saturday (29 Feb) through to 8pm on Sunday 1 March.
The following weekend it will be closed north of the Middlemore roundabout from 7.30am on Saturday (7 March) through to 6pm on the Sunday (8 March).
A banksman will be placed on either end of the closure to prevent vehicles entering, other than to access Drayton reservoir and properties located along the A361.
Please note that Stagecoach buses will be allowed to access the closure, to allow them to continue to offer a safe and reliable bus service. Diversion routes will be in operation for other motorists. Access for pedestrians will be maintained.
Northamptonshire Highways have worked with DDC and the utility companies to reduce the length of the works programme in an effort to minimise disruption.
