- Announcements - Back to School?
Hello everyone we hope you are safe and well.
After the announcement from the Government about children going back to school their have been lots of different feelings from parents, guardians and teachers.
Small children are at ages where social skills are the skills they use to develop their education.
A school teacher has expressed that children learn on the carpet next to their friends, they play on the floor sharing ideas, they are taught to hug and be kind.
Now they will be told the opposite to not touch or go close to each other, not to hold hands.
Every toy that is been touched will have to be cleaned , not to go near each other so no shared learning can take place. Telling them to keep away from their friends.
At 4 and 5 children do not have the concept of not sneezing in someone’s face or cleaning their nose when it runs! Let alone social distancing. What are your feelings about this ? We would like to hear from you.
