If the previous week’s attempts at keeping up my fitness momentum were hit by a bout of lethargy then this past week has certainly made up for things.

Of the 10 weeks completed so far, this last week has been probably the most challenging.

A Rugby entrepreneur who turned his back on a careerin law to set up his own wine tasting business just before the pandemic struck, has unveiled plans for expansion ahead of his third anniversary. Tom Newbold was forced to reinvent his fledgling wine tasting business when Covid-19 put a sudden halt to allface-to-face events in March 2020. Quickly pivoting the in-person business model, he also introduced virtual tasting packs, which became popularand, post-pandemic, continue to be so, now making up around a third of Tomelier’s total revenue.
