We’ve received a new delivery from the flour mills, and we have the following flours available.Please PRIVATE MESSAGE us through FB with your order (please use the codes below), let us have your address including postcode and phone number.

G/ Farine Gruau Bagatelle T80 Label Rouge 25kg at £50. Stoneground white flour.
H/ Farine Tradition Bagatelle T65 Label Rouge 25kg at £40 Strong French style little coarse Bread Flour; type T65 is ideal for making baguettes and artisan dark breads. This type of flour is best known for making baguettes. This flour gives a light open textured loaf with a crisp crust.
