Past and present residents of Norton are being asked to take part in a survey about their housing circumstances and needs.
The Norton Housing Needs Survey is being carried out by Daventry District Council to identify current and future need and help the authority work toward meeting that need.
Letters inviting residents to fill out the survey have been sent out to all households in Norton. Each letter contains a reference code, unique to that household, which must be entered in order to start the survey.
Former residents of the village, any households that have more than one occupier with a housing need or anyone who has misplaced their letter can contact DDC for a reference number by emailing customercare@daventrydc.gov.uk or phoning 01327 871100.
People have until 23 June 2019 to complete the survey by visiting
Those without access to the internet can request a paper copy by phoning DDC on 01327 871100 or by getting in touch with their Parish Council.
The Council is currently in discussions with Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association. There is the possibility of a further small development next to an existing scheme at Gouldens View which the results of this survey could evidence the need for this.
