Ketchup maker Heinz has boldly gone where no ketchup maker has gone before and created the first ever bottles of its world-famous Tomato Ketchup made from tomatoes grown in out-of-this-world conditions – Martian soil!

 

Two years ago, the tomato masters at Heinz teamed up with a group of leading scientists at the Florida Institute of Technology’s Aldrin Space Institute.

 

Their mission – to grow Heinz tomatoes of a high enough quality to become bottles of Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Marz Edition. It’s Ketchup Jim, but not as we know it.
