An International law firm has today issued court proceedings after the government refused to review their controversial hotel quarantine rules.

Since February, anybody returning from a country on the government’s red zone list have had to quarantine in a hotel – at their own expense – for 10 days even if they have had a negative Covid test and can prove they are double vaccinated.

Law firm PGMBM argue that this is unlawful and are requesting a judicial review of the policy. If they are successful, the 100,000 people who have had to quarantine this year already could be in line for a refund.
