- Daventry News - Schools Donate PPE
It’s Donation Day in the Daventry Region. Both E-ACT Academies – DSLV and The Parker Academy have kindly donated Science goggles, gloves and hand sanitizer to the NHS. This massive delivery was made to a delighted Danetre Hospital this morning by Mrs Dunkley, Head of Science at DSLV who said “We are extremely proud to be able to support these heroes during this difficult time.”
Headteacher, Roger Eadon added “Both DSLV and the Parker are determined to support our community and play a fundamental role at the heart of the fight against Coronavirus. We will remain open to support vulnerable students and the children of key workers who enable the country to keep functioning. It is the time to ‘Do the Right Thing’ and show absolute ‘Team Spirit’.”
