During this unsettling time and government requests of social isolation I can appreciate that some of our members will be panicking and ready to cancel their memberships due to C19 BUT PLEASE have the courtesy to let me know and not just cancel your payments.
I am responsible for this business and not supported by a big chain or endless investments or even have the option to get finance, if everyone decides to cancel their payments I can assure you IB will not be here when this madness ends.
I will do all that I can to ensure every single one of our members is taken care of and I can put memberships on hold if finances are a big concern for you, there are people I know losing their jobs and I will take care of those that need it.
We are all in this together and if we can keep doing what we can to support each other we will all be a better community for it
