Vehicle thieves in Daventry struck it not ‘so lucky’ last night when they decided to try and make off on a….. Road Roller.
Commenting on Twitter, SPS Stephen Coleman said “Busy shift this eve. which, in addition to the ‘normal’ Neighbourhood Patrols/Taskings, included 3 X Concerns for Welfare (forced entry required for one), 2 x Susp. Drink Drive and Theft of a Roadroller (not the quickest getaway vehicle!).”
