An exciting new Halloween experience in the Midlands is set to raise the spirits and get spines tingling during the October half term.

The Spooky Swamp in Meriden near Coventry will take visitors on a Halloween adventure like no other.

Beautifully-lit landscapes, eerily illuminated trees and hauntingly spooky surroundings will provide the backdrop to a Halloween Pathway around misty waterways. As you tread carefully into the night, a host of surprises will be uncovered as the secrets of The Spooky Swamp slowly begin to reveal themselves.

This brand-new outdoor event, brought to you by the Packington Estate, will run nightly from Friday 22nd October to Sunday 31st October 2021. Children will love eerie storytelling in the Spooky Stories Tipi, face painting from some of the region’s finest face painters and artists, the Pumpkin Parlour and the Glow Up Shop.

There will be a fabulous food market curated courtesy of the Digbeth Dining Club as well as old school traditional sweets, frothy hot chocolate, toffee apples, a fully stocked bar with specially designed cocktails. The Digbeth DJs will also be playing tunes each evening.

Speaking about The Spooky Swamp, Ben Gray from the Packington Estate said,

The light installations are simply stunning, which combined with the great array of entertainment, plus food and drink promises to give Halloween goers of all ages a great night out in the half term holidays”.

The Spooky Swamp will be open from 4:00pm until 10:00pm each night from 22nd to 31st October, with the last ticket entry being 9:00 pm. Admission is by timed ticket with adult tickets costing £17.50, and children under 16 only £12.50.
